Camera Movement?

So I basically start with a normal window but l want it to go left or right without have to use the 3d option (Composition mode) in "Track motion".

Is it possible?

I got after effects to but know simple stuff but not 3d.

Any help is appreciated.

for 2-d movement just use pan/crop?
