Help with sony vegas

Can someone plz help me to get my project into a video that i can post on the web or see. I click render as and it makes the file but nothing plays,like it does but super super fast.Plz some help.Thx big in advance.

you'll probably want to use vdub/mod, meGUI or Zarx264GUI to make the filesize to be something a little more org friendly

what settings are you using for your render?

if you wanna just glance at it to see how the editing looks wmv is a good setting for BETAS but for final version you should export at the highest quality you can.
