Sakura-Con 2008 AMV Lunch/Dinner

Ok I am thinking Saturday arround Noon again this year for the Anual get together.

This is open to anyone who wants to attend. This is also a chance to talk about AMVs and meet other people who make AMVs.

Where would we like to go? I kind of liked the place we went last year, it was pretty good food, relatively nice on price and close to the convention

Last I heard the Cheesecake Factory doesnt take reservations, and it will be pretty packed due to the con.

Location suggestions also welcome

I'd make sure it's not that far of a walk since dad has to walk with a cane in his old age...

Auu, That's kind of a bad time as that is when the AMV Creation panel is happening and creators are going to be on it

Ok I will look over schedules, I dont want to make it too late as that would conflict with cosplay, and Im not sure if 10 PM on friday would work well

Looks like 1 PM - 2:30 Saturday is gonna be the best time, and will get Vlad back for the AMV Gameshow

That;s during comedy hour, I run that too (Panel-comedy-game show during day are the three main events Sat I need to be at). Looks like I just won't be able to attend

....

The only times I good for on Sat would be from 4 - 6 pm, but don't let that stop everyone else on just my account

Ok time is set

Saturday 4-6 PM at the Rock Bottom Brewery at Raineer Square
For those coming from the Con we will meet up at the AMV Theater (Room 4C-4)
and will make our way there at arround 4 PM. its about a 10 minute walk
