Does anyone know how to add lightning affects to ur amv like in the amv Naruto Whisper of the Beast by Skorpions Unlimited

To your question: It was probably done with glow or brightness and contrast effects.

It's a standard inclusion in premiere.
That's how I made pikchu's tail zap in this video.
