You can click on an AMV banner in someone's signature.

You can click on a link to someone's AMV in a forum, particularly in the Announcements section and Recommended AMVs sections.

And I'm not saying any more, because I'm being way too helpful if this is a joke.

From the looks at it, you were making posts too fast
Most of the time people aren't gonna respond that quickly to a topic
and usally if you repeaditly make posts like that, some people wont give you the response you wanted.
You just have to ask your question and wait a bit for someone to respond.
Also make sure you ask about the specific thing you want to know about.
Like how to download, upload, leave opinion ect...
