Confirmation Error

directory empty at /usr/local/sbin/Pancake line 150, <FH> line 17.

That's what its telling me to write in the forums. I uploaded my AMV however it's not showing up when I want to confirm it. I uploaded it twice actually because I figured the first time, something might've happened to mess things up. But anyway that was maybe around 2 hrs ago and it didn't show up so I uploaded the 2nd time and I'm still not getting any confirmation back. Someone please help.
