Ok, I have been going to Nico Nico Douga recently and I noticed a surge of videos surrounding the song Caramelldansen. These videos are not only popular, they seem to stem from the mentioned AMV in topic. One of these nico videos even used the same opening as the AMV.
It's hard to explain, you really need to watch SugardanSen then watch the nico videos that way you can see what I'm talking about. The nico videos I'm referring to are all highly ranked.
Now I am not sure what is going on because I don't know Japanese. I just found it weird. Please, someone else confirm for me what the heck is going on. In the meantime, I'll bust out a dictionary and go to work.
