you should ask your cousin what their favorite anime is and go off of that, especially since its a request from them.

Kamichama Karin (haven't really seen the series but I konw there is a useful scene in ep 15 and probably others)
Wedding Peach (hmm...)
Mahoromatic (I can think of some good stuf in the second season)
Devil Hunter Yohko (there are certain scenes that could work I think)
Love Hina
Slayers (last season)

You should scan through the anime you have.
Like others have already said, there are TONS of anime that have scenes like that.
If you are looking for sources with large amounts of those kind of scenes, search for some anime in the romance genre.
You can find a large list of them on sites like animenfo and animenewsnetwork

I did and he said he doesn't know any. What he's actually doing is requesting me to make one for him dedicated to his "friend". I think it's a girlfriend but he won't say anything.
