Sweet vid man. I really liked your action sync all the way through, the flow was really nice, too, and the song does seem to go very well with the anime; good choice. I only thought the ending part was a bit weird, but the rest was... good stuff! 4/5

due to my interwebz being mentally challenged I couldn't edit my previous post.

Ok i really hate the music. But Gawl fits it very well, which is not to say I hate the series because I can't due to the bishie factor. your editing was average for your, which means it's good just middle of the road on your scale. nothing special story wise just alot of character back story but not presented in a linear fashion (yay).

Now of course you may spark a wave of Gawl videos as your youtube worshipers all emulate "teh zomg awsumness" which i see as a good thing, getting away from every other overused anime.... now that being said in the 4 gawl videos I've watched (one of them my own) I'm noticing we are all using the same scenes of the 13 espisode series, so hordes of copycating might get just as boring and linkinballZ vids. So now having contradicted myself i'll just change the subject and get back to a review. I don't feel the editing and scene selection is strong enough to let this video stand on it's own, it really needs something extra added to it or perhaps a clearer message to the audience. x_X
so yeah that's it in a nutshell, except for 1 last note the point about your de-interlacing for this series is interesting maybe add to the description to halp others who wish to delve into the same anime, oh yeah nice scripting btw cleanest I've seen it yet ;)
new banzors in the making :p

Thanks for all of the comments people. Yeah I get what you are saying about the music Autraya. I think I may put what I had to do to deinterlace, I may also test out what else I thought would have fixed it and put that in the comments as well. If a ton of nubs start using this though it won't matter because they never do IVTC anyway.

It's not my kind of music, and I don't know the series, but I still enjoyed that. Was just starting to zone out (I have zero attention span, not your editing at fault) at 2:00, then it goes all Yaaaaargh! Warrrrrgh Mazaaaaah! Which got me right back into it. Also the ending is great, cutting back to that radioactive gingerbread man thing on the red background repeatedly. Cool.

lol, I'm glad you could actually get through it because of the music. Yeah at the end that was actually Gawl running to try to get his heart back from Ryuko Saito who ripped it out. Without his heart he melts like the other Generators because he has their same power. Thats why I had it cut back from him falling apart becoming a Generator and completely losing himself to what happened to him and people he knew leading up to this happening.

pretty cool. I think the first half was better than most of the second half. I've never heard of the show/movie but I'm gunna check it out. I love the old school hand-drawn stuff. It's about time I saw an amv with some form of metal. Seems to be so much cute stuff this month.

Well, when you showed me the betas I knew it wasn't going to be all that. I found it to be rather boring. Sorry DCG but its really not my cup of tea. 2/5 for me (and the 2 is for effort).
