Trying to find a song plz help

Hey There is a song i have been trying to find for years i only can remember the film clip but cant remember the song and im dying to find it i would love someones help The film clip is animation/cartoon. It is of about some creatures or aliens who invade earth some boy walks outside his house and a massive wave takes over the world everything than turns into trees including the boy he also turns into a tree a seed or fruit falls off of him and turns into one of the creatures I know this sounds strange but if anyone knows the song plz help thank you

I tried massaging Google with the sparse information you gave, but all I found were links to this very topic on these forums...:/

With lyrics, even a frew lyrics, this would be a much easier process. Or a band name.
