The (new song) and (new anime) buttons don't work.

I ge a script error message every time I click the (new anime) or (new song) button on the New video submission thing. The buttons don't do anything and because of it I can't put in the link. I made the show the video is based o ad ion't apear on NBC till 2009. How do I fix the stupid buttons?! I cannot do anything till some staff member fixes the buttons

The buttons go to popup windows. Ensure that popups are allowed for this server.
