Screamo pretty much describes a music genre with screaming vocals and metal-ish sound : /

Underoath is Screamo for sure.

While Silverstein could actually fall into the general emo-category, I personally consider them more of screamo Because of the pretty much often screaming vocals (Their sound isn't as metal-ish as Underoath's though.)
