This technology has existed for years. People have already done it on this site with After Effects and plug-ins for syncing waveforms.

If you are too lazy to edit one yourself then a-m-v.org has the answer. Login to a-m-v.org and click on the option "Edit your videos". a-m-v.org then edits you a video. Note that this only works for donated members and only if there's a lunar eclipse.

I find it's easier to just download a random AMV then upload it to youtube under my name. Instant AMV without me having to edit at all. Although occasionally I do have to edit out some credits so this method isn't quite perfect.
