quadir has explained to me, that as the author I cannot take part in discussion about my own AMV (my apologies and everything, I didn't really know about this rule). So I'm just a listener now, sorry. x)

(oh yeah, and thank you very much for the worst opinion points I've got for all this 6+ years on ORG. I can see now how much you hate my video actually. ::)) )

By the way, "Making of Lifetime" is in progress right now. I think it will be more effective way to explane all plot and techical nuances I've put in this video (not the concept and ideas though). But I'm not sure when it'll be available for download (if it will).

I understand that it's supposed to be a flashback. I understand that he couldn't show 100% of her life in this AMV. I understand that it's supposed to be Caroline reflecting on her relationship(s). All of this has been made abundantly clear.

That doesn't change the fact that my 100% honest response to that flashback was one of "ehh??? Wait...she was all innocent and pure...now she's...having sex...wild crazy sex...ehhh??? Nooo!! I thought she was a good girl! What's going onnn??"

Sorry for getting so caught up in the emotions someone's AMV managed to inspire. This is what I was sort of implying before, by congratulating evilspider on getting such a big reaction out of me - how many AMVs succeed in really tapping into someone's emotions - so much so that you can't help but read into it at a gut level? Not too many, particularly not with me, so I was impressed. Unfortunately, he seems to have done it not at all in the way he was intending (for the last 20 seconds or so, anyways, everything up until that point was spot on, one reason why I probably got jolted so hard at the end.)

I'm waiting for someone *cough*godix*cough* to point out that my reaction must be based on some unconscious jealous fit of rage that Caroline's getting some and I'm not, so just to get that out of the way...that has nothing to do with it.

I didn't know about the author ban either...

Er, but I don't hate your video and I don't think my op reflects that, but anyways... @_@

Nah, I was just pointing out that it's not a Q&A between the author and viewers, like announcement threads tend to be.

So you don't have to respond to everything people say, it's a discussion and they'll respond to each other. You may get more out of it by just answering specific questions and letting people mingle a bit.
