Some effect

l'm trying to do that effect where you have a background and it moves when in another layer you make windows like slashers and it flashes on and off and changes direction.

I want the background moving and the effect switching but it doesnt seem to want to work. I had to lower opp to see it.

Any help on this?

Could you explain that more clearly? I'm not sure exactly what your trying to do.

I want the effects to come in where the black is here.

Should l just take it as a image and photo the black transparent?

1. Where the black is, l want the other layer on clear.
2. I want the slash effect to be clear to.

Well.. because you have to have your first clip on a video layer above what you want in the black space

think of it in layers, what's on top will be on top in the preview window and whats on the bottom layer will be on the bottom...

all you should have to do is switch what layer the clip is on so that the cut out is on the top
