You seem to be new here, R.A.G., so you have to see this one before anything else.

If you haven't seen this yet, take off an afternoon. Invite some friends over. This AMV is worth watching in a group.
Afterward, check out the other AMV Hells.

And..... if you feel you're up to it....

Warning: WATCH ALONE, preferably in an enclosed room, in an empty building.

On Your Mark by Hayao Miyazaki. All others pale in comparison...

It's not that I just don't play favorites, I just don't have any.

There's no "the best amv" in my book even though I have a number of favorite amvs. It's like this, when I see a really really good amv new to me and I happen to like it a lot, I say to myself, Oh this like the best amv I've seen + so far + using(Oh this is the best amv I've seen so far using Fruits Basket). Yeah something like that... So it's something that I normally feel whenever I happen to like an amv. But at the end of the day like when I re-watch my fave amv's playlist, I just can't tell which one video is the best. Selecting the best amv by categories would rather work for me.

My reply was completely on topic.

I do not feel I can adequately make a decision on the best amv I have ever seen. By what qualification?

Technically?

Emotionally?

Nostalgically?

The best amv I have ever seen is one that combines many factors. Hasn't happened yet.
