Well, it says that you joined the site yesterday RoaringAnimeGeek; so I don't know if you're aware or not; but there is a section in your profile for your top 10 videos. So, in theory, whatever people list here would just be the top video on their list. There's also the whole recommended videos forum for videos separated by anime, music or style if you're looking for more specific choices.
