Dowload accelerator working!?

I've heard that your server is set up to block multiple connections, and i wanted to check just how many connections it would allow (i had already done up to three separate downloads at the same time, though it usually only allowed two).

to my surprise, all 10 connections connected, and the speed increased accordingly. (130KB/s compared to the 13KB/s before)

i used FlashGet version 1.8.1.1002 as an extension of Firefox version 2.0.0.11 behind a router with NAT.

should i drop this in the mod box as well, or did i just hear wrong about the block?

I used to get 8 on Daownload Accelerator Plus (DAP) but that was just the limit of the program ... I had an old version.

The opera browser lets me get up to 12. ^_^
