Any time anybody ever mentions religion anywhere people always argue about it, It doesn't matter if it's important or not. people do it because if you can try and make somebody with faith disbelieve then you're apparently some kind of important person? I'm nto a religious guy, but i'm not about to come in here and say that just because I think most christian music sucks that people who like it should feel bad about themselves.

Not all metal talks about death and unholy things you narrow minded fuck (excuse my language if you get offended by that). The only things that would make it oxymoronic by general definition would be like.. Death metal, Gore grind, etc..
And even then you could have Songs abotu christ with the musical attributes of death metal, Gore grind however.. not so much seeing as how part of it's description is in the lyrics.. but yah.
