70's exploitation trailer MEP
What is Exploitation cinema?
From: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Exploitation_film
Exploitation film is a type of film that eschews the expense of quality productions in favor of making films inexpensively, attracting viewers by exciting their more prurient interests. "Exploitation" is the show business term for exhibition, and an exploitation film is one which relies heavily on the lurid advertising of its contents, rather than the intrinsic quality of the film.
Examples of trailers

What they are trying to say (in their own subtle way) is that you lack proper qualifacation to run a huge project like this.
For one, most MEP coordinators have been around the site for a little longer than you have. Two, when posting and interest gauge, they provide specific technical information (such as size, compression, ect.). Three, most coordinators have restrictions on anime and music (though is not required). Lastly, not all editiors want to use a specific filter. Sometimes, it's better to give them leeway in their editing, so as not to obstruct the creative process.
But, even thought I'm not really into the 70's style, if and when this gets off the ground, I hope it goes ok. ^_^
