I have made an AMV using the song 'Little Tiny Moustache' by Stephen Lynch (a song about a guy whose girlfriend is a nazi). I used the anime Naru Taru and added Swastikas to Satomi's head (reference to the song).
Though this AMV contains no graphic violence (some people do die) or sexual nudity (there is a brief shot of a nude Mamiko from behind) I felt the subject may be unsuitable. So can I upload this to a-m-v.org or will I have to find another host?
Can I upload this video (nazism)

I don't think there are any content restrictions aside form the sexual nudity / gory violence ones. What you're referring to is parody or satire, but you could probably even post entirely pro-genocide propaganda based videos if you wanted to. I don't see how anything would be "banned" without explicit guidelines put forth ahead of time.

I assume we're talking US law since the org is hosted in the US. Which makes wonder what legally banned material is there that wouldn't already be covered under the no sex rule?Vlad G Pohnert wrote:So long as it does not contain any banned material (that what would be deemed banned by law) then there is no restrictions to the nature of the material other then what was already mentioned

Threats against government officials maybe? Most hate speech is still protected under the 1st amendment.godix wrote:I assume we're talking US law since the org is hosted in the US.
