Note the "kind of". Wanting to create an AMV similar to another style isn't that all uncommon. Therefore it's safe to make the assumption that mycathatesyou is not copying the style, but mimicing some of the editing and effects in his/her own manner.

I don't consider mycathatesyou copying. He's just taking similar elements and incorporating them into his own (Mind you, I just restated DJ's last post). There is nothing wrong with that.

Anyways, back on topic. You can try Adagio for Strings by DJ Tiesto. It's a bit more trance-y than you may want, but it may work
