De-interlacing DivX by converting to AVI for Prem CS3?

^^ Actually, I downloaded DV and HuffyYUV codecs, and chose to convert one to H because I read somewhere that DV has a slight loss in quality, even though Premiere Pro loves the format. Premiere pro hasn't stuffed up yet! Yay! Thank you!
