Policy on 30 second AMV's

Recently ive been seeing them on the site and i wish ppl wouldn't post because i check out the new vids and when i click on interesting amv that's less than a minute well im not very happy

wish they would wait until they've actually done something more than a minute at least but i assume the ppl might be coming from the tube. And wouldn't know much but i also think they'res no way to filter the length of an amv when you upload, so what do you guys think?

The purpose of this site is to make a catalouge of all AMV's ever made. Hosting is an extra feature. Therefore, if 30 seconds is all the artist wanted to make it with, then the admins have no power to remove them.

However, if you are suggesting a filter to search for AMV's by time limit, I think that is manageable.

People are not allowed to upload betas here, but MEP tracks of their own and just very short amvs, That is allowed.

It's scary. I just downloaded two amvs on my dial up internet. :O

(the fact that they were both under 2 MB has nothing to do with it either)

Online Iron Chef V3.0 is going on right now. You're going to be seeing a lot of them about now.

(Since one doesn't have time to edit much more than about 30 seconds-1 minute in an IC match. Plus the normal MEP segments and people doing short vids, like Nerdstrudel said.)

and then there's the idiots who don't read video descritions and dload a MEP track and leave QC's like "why didn't you finish it?" or "why is it so short?"
