just saw ep5, I have to admit, Fuko has a really cute voice. Anyway not much happened in this episode, it was more like the calm before the storm, but I'm expecting the end of her arc to bring me close to tears like Makoto's in Kanon.

Episode 5! And yup, we're dealing with Fuko Ibuki's arc right now!
Spoiler :
Interesting thing to note is that it was Nagisa who wanted to help out Fuko first and then Tomoya followed. They helped her by having Fuko temporarily live with Nagisa and her family for awhile. And then her family helped out carve (which they're now confirmed to be) starfishes to distribute to other people so they could come to Fuko's sister's wedding. Of course the weird thing is that when Tomoya and Nagisa visited Fuko's sister, she said that Fuko was in an accident and in the hospital at the moment.
Quite of bit of hilarious moments in this episode!
Spoiler :
- When Fuko's sister questioned the two whether they're a couple, Nagisa immediately denies it. Tomoya felt disappointed!

- Did anyone find it amusing that Tomoya slammed the fact that Fuko is an astro projection, and her real body is in a coma in the hospital?

- That scene where Tomoya realized that Fuko's made up last name was coincidently the same name as Nagisa's neighbors was hilarious!

- The scene where Tomoya tricked Fuko into thinking that he turned into a girl was absolutely golden! Poor Ryou getting involved!

- Tomoya: "The older one is a gorilla....." BAM! Don't piss off Kyou! :o

Fuko Banzai!! :D
Just finished watching ep5.Once again,it was hilarious.
I don't know what wonders KyoAni pulls in every anime it produces but every episode is a pleasure watching and leaves behind a warm feeling. All the kawaii-ness in maximum mode...

And Fuko entered my top 3 anime voices:

1)Tsukimiya Ayu (Kanon 2006)
2)Ibuki Fuko(Clannad)
3)Toomi Maya (Fafner)

Episode 6! Man, I have to say that Clannad is becoming far more quirky in the comedy department than I anticipated! I don't think Air or Kanon ever pulled this off!
Spoiler :
- Sanae made starfish-shaped bread! Tomoya considered that a horrible idea. *enter dramatic devastation pose of Sanae*

- Fuko came down stairs, saw the starfish bread, and went all Cloud 9 mode. Tomoya made a remark on some weird RPG-esque scenario about a swordsman releasing the "seal" that traps Fuko, the starfish user. Uhhh.....ok......

- Tomoya snaps her out of it by shoving a straw of a milk box up her nose. He succeeded thus mastering "Shooting Juice Up the Nose"! :o

- Oh shit! Looks like there's a Fuko fanclub forming in the school! Who would have thunk that?!

- Sunohara came and wants to help out distributing the starfishes, but Fuko refuses to let him in. So he issued a challenge against her in a carving contest! They were supposed to carve a nue, but Fuko ended up carving a frog. Sunohara ended up cutting himself thus disqualifying him.

- Speaking of frogs, this looks familiar! :o

- Crying Nagisa.....MOE!!!!

- You know, there's something really odd in Fuko's dream which has her playing with starfish wearing a thong. :|

- Festival time, and Fuko, Nagisa, and the Fujibayashi twins in maid outfits?!! FU**ING WIN!!!

- How embarrassing! Sunohara got beaten up by a cute bear. You rock, Tomoyo!
So pretty much most of the episode is about
Spoiler :
Fuko taking advantage of the festival and distribute as many of the starfishes so the peeps can go to her sister's wedding. She even succeeded on giving one to Mitsui (if you remember, she acted very coldly towards her). Also Nagisa and Tomoya took this opportunity to get her sister to come to the festival in order to meet Fuko. At the end of the episode, it is revealed that she can't Fuko.

Hahaha, yes! Tomoyo is back, after a depressing episode five (for me, anyway) without her!

I had a feeling that Ibuki-sensei wouldnt be able to see Fuko, with the whole ghost thing and all. Even after knowing that, the end of the ep was kinda depressing.

Haha all the girls were fugly in the maid outfits. Cept Fuko of course xD

These eps need to get released in widescreen so i can start my vid. I only have the first 2 D=

Another good episode although the ending was kinda depressing.I also had a premonition that Ibuki-sensei wouldn't be able to see her sister but it struck me by how it was shown.

Clannad's 1st arc will be over soon as it seems.
