I want to make some proposal related to rating system:

1) Make Star Scale available not only weeks but also years. Text "2007" already exists, so you only need to make it active link.
2) Make Star Scale available for all videos announced in some year. It'll be used to see which AMV is most popular and compare it with VCA results. =)
These 2 ratings can be updated once a week as regular Weekly Star Scale

Top Favorite Videos interesting rating, but it really doesn't change anymore. Here we can have two ways:
1) Made it multipage instead of first 30 positions
2) Made it available for every year

The same for "Commented Videos".

"Most Under Rated" is totally useless in current form.
