Yes, I've heard it's about a stalker or obsessive ex, something along those lines.

But then, a lot of people don't realize that. It's a bit ambiguous in that way.

Though comedy...I don't see how it would work with comedy. :/

I saw a Blue Seed video at JACON last summer that was done to this song. It can be pulled off as a parody.
