The deadline for Bakuretsucon is fast approaching! November 1st is almost at hand and Bakuretsucon needs your entries! Entries have been slow, so if you've been hesitating I encourage you to send them in, we'd be grateful!

Yup. When you download the rules, it also includes the instructions for the FTP site to upload the videos.
