Tried Lagarith, still no change.
Then i decided to zoom in 100% in the preview screen in Premiere. That's where the problem was >.>
In saying that, how do I fix it? The original source footage is perfectly fine, but when I put it into Premiere, it just loves to screw itself. Even my images that I drew are looking like crap when I add motion to them.
Could it be my project settings? I just checked there and the project settings compressor is Cinepack, not Huffyuv.
Could that be the origin of the problem?

then if you want to compress, then compress using Zarxgui or Virtualdub Mod

Actually, Premiere Pro is the one with issues if you export in anything other than Uncompressed. Premiere 6.5 works fine when exporting with HuffYUV, at least. Too late to change that choice of editor now, though.
For the field options to set the editor to Progressive, it should be under the Keyframe and Rendering area on that screenshot. Set it to No Fields.
(Note: I don't use Premiere Pro, I use 6.5, so if I'm wrong on where that option is please correct me)
And a frameserver is something that acts like AviSynth (or rather, AviSynth acts as a frameserver, but you get the picture).

Actually, it's not too late to change it. I would personally rather start all over again than have a shitty, interlaced AMV.
If you have time, here's what I have been doing, I get the feeling I screwed it up with project settings to begin with. I can learn deinterlacing after.

Ok from what you jut said i think we need to verify what your footage is doing after your after your script, put up a still of the interlaced footage from premiere and compare it to an interlaced still in virtualdubmod. What I'm trying to determine is if you footage is still in terlaced somehow after the script OR if premiere is converting it, interpreting it to be so.... you get the point...

If you started your project with Cinepak set as the compressor then the preview screen will play back a Cinepak-compressed version of your project. That's why it's ugly, not because Premiere hates you (although maybe it does, since it's an anti-social NLE).
