Avatar assist

Hey, I do NOT expect anything, but, on the assumption it might be brain dead easy to do so, I thought, well it won't kill me to ask.

Anyone have any already properly avatar sized choices for an avatar if the subject content was limited to Ranma's Ranchan, Urusei Yaysura's Lum or Sailormoon (prefer Ami).

Any aid is appreciated.

-Google picture search
-Download image
-Resize it with something like IrfanView or any other picture editing prog. I guess MS Paint works too, but I don´t like it ^^
