I saw this video at the local anime club a little while ago. I know it's here on the org somewhere, because I saw the names of regulars here in the credits.
It was something about shortwave number radio or something, but can't find it in a search of the videos here.
I'm looking for the video to read the description of it. All I could think of while watching the video was ".......WTF?......" So I ask, really, WTF?
