ok, watched on utube, pretty good me likes

Lol, it's the last AC Vid I did. I doubt I'll ever put my hands on it again. Like I said in the description. The Main Reason why I used it, was that it was the only DVD ripp I had on my computer at that time.omegaevolution wrote: more AC? >.>U, errr ok I will check it out anyway
To be honest, I cant tell the off timing flashes. maybe your eyes are just better than mineomegaevolution wrote: the first chorus felt too slow compared to the others and some flashes were off![]()
Yea, This was the first time I wished the song was longer <_<; I edited and somewhere near the End I noticed that the song was almost over already and that the Space I had left for Sephiroth was..not very long, but I let it stay like that because I thought that last part of the song fits great to Sephiroth since that fight also seems different from the rest and the song sounded different in the last part.omegaevolution wrote: The ending felt a bit rushed, like you could have put more Sephiroth fight before the end, cause there was like what? 10 secs of Sephiroth and then it was over lol
I am not exactly sure what to think of it, since I personally think the exact opposite.DaCoolGohan wrote: During the parts of the song that called for a lot of action you didn't have much and most of the timing was off because you'd do a cut to a big beat and then have someone get hit after the big beat already happened
I knew some people wouldnt like what I did from 1:52 to-2:06, but I liked it that way, so I kept it like that, but..I did hit the beats..I also hit the beats in the part before that part, so i have no clue what you mean about "barely any timing to the beats"DaCoolGohan wrote: The part of the song before the crescendo 1:52-2:06 really dragged and you had barely any timing to the beats in that section which didn't really fit at all to me.
I used a German Limited Edition release of The Movie. And yes, I tweaked the colors I bit, because I personally like it better like that. You are not the only one who mentioned the not solid Video Quality, but it must be the DVD, since thats exactly how my ripps look. The Later Parts of the Movie definitally look better than the beginning ones (which are a little blurred), I have no Idea whats the reason for this though.DaCoolGohan wrote: I also am not sure what source you were using but it looks like you overfiltered the video. The colors didn't look at all like the R1 and either you used a different source or you changed the colorspace but it didn't make AC look very good. Also something you did while editing the video made the footage not look solid the whole time. It looks like the motion was blurred a bit and I'm not sure what that is from but it made AC look lower quality.
Thanks.DaCoolGohan wrote: Overall it was a decent video
I did not see your Video, but I guess its just like you said, you edited it different and thats how you want to see the song synched, so every other edit looks weird to you. I guess I would feel the same when watching your Video.[/quote]DaCoolGohan wrote:I've made a Broken Down AMV before so its pretty hard for me to like this video that much because it didn't one up what I did in my AMV.
Thanks a lot, I am glad you liked it ^_^dragonball000 wrote:your op is up. i give it a 4.5/5 =)

Go! Strudel! Go! thxNerdStrudel wrote:EH, He just did what i'll end up doin' =O. Needed to make a video to get out of the block so it's nothing uber amazing XD.
Like I said before kev, It;s fine for an action vid.
omegaevolution wrote:well the editing (beat synch to be precise) wasn't constant
shinodude wrote:try to hit the same beat consistantly
Yep, that is all true. But I didnt made it constant on Purpose. I did that because I personally dont rly like Videos that are "too constant" I like mixing and changing things to keep the vid intertesting, I personally think a Vid that keeps on doing the same again and again gets boring after a while, so that was the Main reason. But to be honest, I had those beats matched on the "slow" scenes right after the fast flashy stuff, but removed those because of a Suggestion from one of my Beta testers and since I liked it better that way too, I kept it.DaCoolGohan wrote: Your editing was really weird because you didn't do the same thing through the whole video. You would be timing all the beats to something and then stopped doing that and had a slow moving scene to a section of the music that didn't really call for it and it dragged for too long.
