Typical Steps after exporting from premeire - I'm so lost..

I see so many topics saying "use avisynth scripts" and whatnot, but..to be honest, I've never seen anywhere that tells you HOW to use it in depth.

Basically I have an amv due in a couple days for a con, and I would like to know some easy steps to get it down from the 1.9 GB monster it is now, to the same quality, but in a much smaller package ( > 100 MB )

Simple-stupid instructions would be awesome. I tried using doctor divx to convert at "insane quality" but the final project looks utterly horrible..

If it's for online distro, yes, R.EADFAG, but for a con distro you're going to want to do something different (most likely) and the end resout should be well over 100MB. Read this: http://www.animemusicvideos.org/guides/mpegforcons/

TMPGenc isn't letting me change my framerate using the Otakon submission mcf. I exported it as 29 FPS But it's locked on 23, and when I click on the settings, it's greyed out and doesn't let me touch it. -_-;

Then right-click on the words "Frame rate" and select "Unlock".
