Well, I'm French Canadian, the ORG is in the States. I suppose that any other language other than Spanish or English would be foreign.

Doesn't insult me nor do I feel discriminated. In fact I'd encourage this because it would be a great way to find some really cool music artists and quench my fetish for Japanese J-pop.

I say go for it!

Entirely in favour since these are a particular curiosity for me. I think it's pretty apparent I'm a fan of international AMVing in general, and eh, I make non-English videos too
