Okie dokie. I've tried EVERYTHING! I keep getting this error, no matter what I do. I've reinstalled it three times, replaced the faulty Mp4box with the correction that Zero1 posted here . I'm absolutely fed up. Anyway, here's some more technial infomration...
I've compressed my entire AMV as both Uncompressed, HuffyYUV and Lagartith. I've tried entering it into the program using all three, but it gives me the same error.
So what I'm asking: Anybody got a solution to this, or am I going to have to find another .mp4 compressor? Or is there another method that I can use.

YAMB (and MP4Box by extension, considering YAMB is just a frontend for MP4Box) are muxing programs. You would encode the video through MeGUI or straight through the command-line for x264.exe or xvid_encraw.exe (or for XviD, even in VirtualDub if you don't want to use the CLI*), and then put the resultant video and audio files together through YAMB/MP4Box.
*for this, make sure that in YAMB or MP4Box you specify for it to remove N-Vops from the video stream to make it fully compatible. YAMB's extended import dialog (where that option is) can be made accessible by selecting it on the Options tab.
