OMG...is it really him spamming because he's posting these ridiculously large number of videos in a short amount of time (although he posts in a giant colored font)? Is it really bad to ask for anybody's opinions instead of just booing him away from the site? Maybe we should actually consider give his videos opinions to indirectly give him constructive criticism instead of pming him directly since he won't listen to those.

Either that or just ban him from the site so he can learn his lesson...

That's the thing, he doesn't listen to criticism, and he has stated openly that he doesn't and never will. He isn't here to learn from past mistakes, that much is painfully obvious.

Come on! He is just out for it and waiting for a ban. It´s so obvious so please ban him at least for some time.

Everytime there will be people that push his threads and also those who don´t he is a troll for sure. There is no sense in giving him nice treatment. Give the bastard what he deserves!

I'm sure your just wanting his videos to be deleted and his account in 1 sitting. That would do more bad than good considering the rules here.

If you ban him everyone will throw a fit (not for kickass331 being banned) but people be demanding to find the next kickass331 to ban. You ban him from the forum but not from the org all together.

If you ban him from the forum I think that would fix the problem. He won't have any ammo to feed on.

always a bonus, and then I think the mod squad should take some serious action say for example, Kickass331 spamming the new releases, that would be the only reason to ban his IP all together. Honestly I like to see him try conquering the new downloads page.

I think a complete IP ban is a bit too harsh. I agree with the forum ban for 1 month and make sure he gets a good clear message to him why it happened. After the 1 month time passes and he still is causing problems, then a complete ban from the forum would be ok. I don't see how spamming the forums would qualify for a complete site ban. Maybe if someone starts purposefully giving poor ratings and attacking members in QC's and opinions.

And he seems to increase the volume. He's done at least 5 just today...

I've noticed how he chilled out for a month only to get some more songs ready. If you look at his release dates closely. Overall We're stuck with him. If you ban him from the forum then I could almost Guarantee to everyone he will start conpensating his forum absense and just flood the new downloads page until u see nothing but Kickass331 and some other weird title.
