Server won't let me connect

When i try to use FileZilla to send the website my video but every time I try it will not connect with the server it will keep timing out I have all of the information the upload page gave me on Filezilla. How do I fix this?

set it to allow filezilla then? or turn it off when you make a transferr

O.K I turned off the firewall now it is saying it just cannot connect?

well, just try using windows explorer: type the link the upload confirm page gives you into the address bar of any windows explorer window (like "my documents")

To see the adress bar, go to view > adress bar, and then if it still doesn't show, right click where you have the buttons at the top, uncheck "lock the taskbar" and drag the "Adress" text at the top right down. you should get a bar.

If it still doesn't work, tell us.

Nope still says unable to connect even when I did all that stuff.
