its just what i showed you in the screencaps:
okay it helps if you set up markers on the beats so you know where the movement needs to end, you can make markers on the timeline by pressing "M" on your keyboard...
so marker out all your beats (of when you want the movement to start/stop) and then click pan/crop, and move the line on the keyframe and you will see the line on your timeline move as well,
set up key positions on the markers for the pan by moving the dotted box with the "F" in it on the beats... (it helps if you zoom in just a bit: make the box smaller - so you dont get the edges of the video showing up..)
you choose which direction the camera moves depending on the starting point and the ending points...
