We are currently aware of slow responsiveness from the site & forum. This is due to our new server migration efforts and the presence of an overly aggressive bot / web crawler. Both issues should be resolved soon.

Forum rules
Please observe the following unique rules for this forum:
  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

Had its moments I suppose....the problem is you used the intro song for the show...as well as clips FROM the actual intro, so this basically just wound up feeling like a really really really really extended version of the original opening, without the cool overlays that the intro had....looking past that though the lyrical sync itself is definitely hit and miss. Scenes with Vincent and Re-L (or L'il) were relatively accurate, but there are quite a few random ones in there too...

And video quality? FTW....why the tiny resolution? You should try to kick it up to like, 720x480 or something....

-1 for originality
-1 for bad video quality
-1 for spotty lyrical sync

2/5 stars

If you're having trouble with video quality I'd suggest reading this guide.

All I have to add is:

Aspect Ratio, Aspect Ratio, Aspect Ratio, Aspect Ratio.

Using fansubs, meant you cropped some scenes to near 16:9, but left non subtitled scenes at 4:3. This is bad, mmkay? If you crop some of the source, you need to crop it all.
