Ok, so someone beat me to arranging something for AX and psoted as such on the AX forums for the AMV group. So here is the info they posted
Place: Islands
Day: June 28th
Time: 8:00 PM
this is the official gathering at this point but be aware I am a bit hesitatna bout this at the moment because of the numbers we typically have arriving for the AMV gathering and I am sceptical that the ISlands can accomdate that many on the spot and it seems that is what the plan is at the moment.
So scratch the previous plan it appears this is the current one. Technically you don't have to RSVP but just be aware of the date and time. I'll update you guys if somethign comes up on the AX boards.

Sorry, I wasn't even aware that you posted a gathering on these forums.
I'm up to go anywhere really, but it's been talked about for a while now on the AX forums to go to Islands.
And considering your thoughts on whether or not they can accomodate us, who knows what might happen.
If Islands can't accomodate us, I guess we'll have to change plans or something.
