I thought about posting this one.

The white is all blister. My prep cook set a metal mixing bowl on the open flame grill, then put it in the cold salad prep area. And I picked it up. Great times. I couldn't use that hand for about 6 weeks or so, until it fully healed. I had nerve damage or something because my fingers were numb for a long time, and so I couldn't grip anything. Tell you what, though, I got good at cooking one-handed.
