i downloaded one video then the next day i tried to download another one the same way and it wouldnt let me so are you only allowed to download one video or am i doing something wrong?
also is there anyway to watch a video without downloading it?

And there is no way to watch a video without downloading it, unless you make it yourself on your computer. Even Hosatchel/boochsack/Yu-Tube download the video, you just don't get to keep it.
