looking for a music video

i forgotten the name of the title of this music video and been looking for it for a while. it has a nice sweet tune with a bit of bells. very good choregraphy and good effects. at the end of the video they show a bunch of real asian girls dancing in groups. it sounds typical and there are millions been it has been highly praised and it was on fansub.tv main video last year. it won some award which i do not know off. all i remember is keeping tracking of the anime it was used:
