Reeealy interesting. Some of my classmates and teachers from back in high school went to Peru. I think this is quite in line with what they saw - very interesting place, though I'll admit it's far from the top of my to-travel list.

I like how a full grown man went on a trip with this mother organized by a club.
BTW, that guinea pig looked gross ... i had like 3 but they all died, if i'd known i could eat them i wouldn't of buried them!

souvenirs being sold on the street

i took these 2 pictures because i thought it was interesting they painted advertisements on the walls of peoples' houses or stores. The names on the ads are election candidates for some political offices.

the lady on the right also has a very common hat i saw all throughout peru. dark tan, heavy, round-topped hats. just something that stuck out to me.

we visited a alpaca wool-weaving village in sacred village. they pretty much made everything they made (blankets, hats, mittens, scarfs) from scratch. they raised alpaca and sheared the wool, and they collected and prepared dyes from flowers and bugs and stuffs.

we went to this place that grew... corn! they also ferment corn to make corn beer (shown in the tumblers on the right) which was kinda salty.

we sampled some corn nuts.

and they also also use corn mush to feed guinea pigs.
