How many people at your school/job like anime?
I only know of a few that will say they like it. I can't really say it front of anyong simply because I'm asked retarded questions involving hentai.

I have run into very few.
There are some "special" students who use the library at COLLEGE to watch Digimon episodes on Youtube and dub One Piece and Naruto. >_>
The fat nerdy one watches Digimon on Youtube. The "special" one laughs out loud, disturbing everyone while he watches the dub of Naruto or One Piece.
Embarassing. I don't know if there are any normal ones though.

at the university I attend, our anime club has somewhere between 20 and 40 regular members.
Most of us stumbled upon the club by sheer luck (as the club isn't advertised a lot, nor is our meeting schedule listed in any directory) It's been getting better, but getting our name out to the student body is an area of focus for next [school] year.
with decent advertising we'd probably snag a few more. The first few meetings each year draws a crowd of about 60-70 people...I think, I haven't actually counted...but our room gets close to full (which is pretty big, about two normal sized classrooms)
compared to other hobbies our numbers are small, but compared to other clubs our numbers are fairly large

We spend our coffee breaks watching anime. Right now we're watching Trigun, good old series. one episode per coffee break. How many of you can say your boss encourages you to watch anime at work?
Where did you say I'm going?.... And what am I doing in a handbasket?

Well, not a bunch of old guys, but Jim is older than I. Jim and I can do it, cause I'm the boss.
