What's the name of this

I'm searching for the name of an anime that is about some bikers in a city on mars and the leader of the bikergang develops some special mental powers and.....
A friend said the movie was very good but he couldn't remember the name it's supposed to have the words bikers and mars in the title but I'm not very sure bout that

I think his friend would have mentioned the mice part to him.

It sounds familiar though.

Not likely...Megazone didn't get near Mars, plus Shogo never gained any sort of mental powers (...unless there's something I'm missing out on in part III)

now I'm sure there are no mice invilved and my friend was also very sure about it(he specially warned me not to mistake the "anime" with the biker mice)

It's not Megazone 23 either
I just checked it and it sounds like a good movie but not the one I'm looking for(I think they got the idea from a Brien Oldies's boog : "Nonstop"...a must read )
