Name that anime!

I need some help I found this AMV on Shareza and it is pretty neat but it dosen't say what anime it came from. I am hoping that if i describe it someone will be able to identify it for me. Well anyways there are these two guys and they look military and they go into this creepy mansion and there is this dark haired chick and a little girl. I think the chick and the little girl are like holograms or something and the dark haired chick sings. Sorry but thats all I got

It's a movie. That's the first part...can't remember the name of that section, something about a "Rose"...

I went out and rented Memories and it was pretty good the best part was the magnetic rose 8)
