Guyver2019 did an excellent AMV to it, and one of the More Than Toast crew did "Blackbird", which was another great AMV.

Yeah, from what I've heard it's one of the greatest animes that nobody's heard of. Still have to get it (it's on my list for AB), but I don't think I'll be dissapointed...

I found it at the Blockbuster that I go to. I've seen the first two DVDs and am waiting to rent the third. So far it's pretty good but for some reason seems kinda long to me.

NTHT is one of the most underrated anime out there in my opinion. It is an excellent short series (3 DVD's) that is very unique and thought provoking but very few people have seen it. That being said it's not for everyone due to its dark nature. Highly recommended if you like dark anime.

It is also my opinion that this is a very difficult series to do an AMV to. You really just have to see it to find out what it's like, but there are a couple that are good most notably "Endure" "Consequences of War" and "zombie." I think my favorite is Consequences of War which is an incredible video.

Not necessarily underrated, but you never hear anything about it as much. It's not on the 'mainstream'... like a lot of good shows that never see the light of day...er, or something to that affect.

It's just that that particular sentement would have been better expressed as "under-hyped", "under-rated" suggests that it has been subjected to poorer reviews that it deserved.

I've only seen the first DVD so far. Truth be told, it bumed me out so much that I hesitated to check out the other for quite a while, and by teh time I was ready to see some more, Blockbuster didn't have it anymore (they've recently brought it back, so maybe now I'll get to see what happens)

Yeah underrated was a bad choice of words. I just meant that it suprises me how few people have seen it.

How many episodes are in it, and is this really mecha, or just guns/sword fighting...
Is it worth getting this over hellsing?
