If you want anymore info, just type in 'witch hunter robin live-action' in Google.

Anyway...I'm not sure what to think of this one. Guess I'll have to wait and see. What do you guys think?

The first site talks about a "tight knit group of attractive, black-clad teen occultists" as its fanbase! Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha! Or if it's talking about the anime characters, they've misinterpreted the anime...either way, it's pretty funny!

I don't know, usually live action seems inherintly unable to match the animated counterpart. So I hope they don't screw this up!

I would have to agree with Skyshroud,

Everything live action adds in realism to the surroundings, elements etc it tends to always screw up on anything magic or extrme ki based efefcts that lose the whole feel that the rest of the film creates. Afterall any form of buget scimping on special effects will detract from the belivability.

Anime has the ability to show things in such a way that they don't feel out of place, this tends to be where Live action falls flat on its face. A major example would be the chessyness of the Live action sailormoon seris, yes sailormoon may not be a serious anime but it has a large budget and has magic, the special effects just look terrible and make me cringe when they attack.

This would work out better than others though. Since witchcraft based movies and supernatural powers in general have raked in an audience. So it could turn into a blockbuster if they put the money toward it.

I dunno I'm not a very big fan of the series but I'd still give a live action version a look. I'm still trying to get my hands on some live action GTO.
