If you want help, I'd suggest the 'How To Draw Manga' series. They're EXCELLENT! You can buy them at Amazon.com or at a large bookstore in the art section. Good luck!

I usually practice with reference art...try recording an anime, pause a good shot, then try to draw what you see. I got a decent Jet pic out of doing that!

you can start by copying the drawing from a manga picture or something.... then if you know how to make the proportion right, you can start making your own to make it better. and yea.. buy a lot of erasers. i always needed erasers. takes a lot of patience.

Try to immitate a picture as best you can thats how I started
A friend of mine started by tracing to study the way of anime!

Buy one of those "How to Draw Manga" books. Even if you can't draw after you read 'em you still have a book full of fan service illustrations.
